StayBC provides accommodation information, referral services, promotional services, and reservation assistance to help travellers connect with independent accommodation providers throughout British Columbia.

StayBC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information; however, StayBC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the website.

Accommodation providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own rates, availability, descriptions, photographs, amenities, and policies. Information may change without notice.

A booking inquiry submitted through StayBC does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed directly by the accommodation provider.

Guests are responsible for confirming availability, rates, and policies directly with the accommodation provider before completing a reservation.

When you submit an inquiry or request through StayBC, the information you provide may be shared with the relevant accommodation provider or service provider in order to respond to your request.

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to StayBC sharing your information with the applicable provider for the purpose of responding to your request.

StayBC handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Accommodation providers and other businesses featured on StayBC are independently owned and operated. StayBC does not own, operate, manage, or control these businesses.

StayBC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, facilities, or policies of independent providers.

StayBC does not collect accommodation payments from guests on behalf of accommodation providers under its current business model. Guests pay accommodation providers directly.

Accommodation providers are solely responsible for their payment processing, deposits, refunds, and related policies.

Cancellation, modification, refund, and deposit policies vary between accommodation providers. Unless StayBC expressly states otherwise, the policies of the accommodation provider apply.

Guests should review the applicable provider's policies before completing a reservation.

The StayBC website, including its content, design, logos, and materials, is the property of StayBC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use StayBC content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from StayBC.

You agree to use the StayBC website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through StayBC.

StayBC may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of visitors. StayBC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StayBC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the StayBC website or services, or from the acts or omissions of independent accommodation providers or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian or British Columbia law.

StayBC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on staybc.ca. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
